Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

Kickoffly ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by VantLaunch. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or join our early access waitlist.

1. Information We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Name — optional, used to personalise our communications.
  • Work email address — required, used to send you product updates and your early access invitation.
  • Agency name — optional, used to understand our audience.
  • Your biggest pain point — optional, used to improve the product.
  • Beta access preference — whether you'd like to participate in beta testing.

We also automatically collect standard usage data through our analytics provider (PostHog), including page views, session duration, and interaction events. This data is collected in aggregate and is used solely to improve the product experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send you updates about Kickoffly's development and launch date.
  • Notify you when your early access spot is ready.
  • Contact you for product feedback if you opted in.
  • Improve our product and understand our audience.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • PostHog— open-source product analytics. Data is used to understand how users interact with our landing page. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track settings.
  • MongoDB Atlas — our waitlist data is stored securely in MongoDB Atlas, hosted in the European Union.
  • Vercel — our website is hosted on Vercel, which may log request data for security and performance purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist data until you request deletion, or until 12 months after Kickoffly's public launch — whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

5. Your Rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use minimal, functional cookies required to operate the site. Our analytics provider (PostHog) may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our database is encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorised personnel only, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
